STNG- Declaration of Dividend
On November 10, 2016, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on or about December 22, 2016 to all shareholders as of November 25, 2016 (the record date). As of November 11, 2016, there were 174,629,755 shares outstanding

Talk about hitting bottom:
three months ended September 30, 2015, the Company's adjusted net income was $88.1 million or $0.53 basic

For the three months ended September 30, 2016, the Company's adjusted net loss (see Non-IFRS Measures section below) was $18.3 million, or $0.11 basic and diluted loss per share
