So he thinks he knows how it will fail? So do i and that is do nothing. So far the ACA has been successful in lowering insurance rate increases for everybody. Even the private sector. Hospitals have been rewarded for instituting some efficiencies and data sharing is getting better reducing duplicate tests. Change is difficult when there is resistance to it. The toughet part of lowering costs we haven't attacked and that is the big pharma and doctors themselves.
