The 10K is mostly GOOD news as I see it. Remember that it covers only 2015.
In many places it says that during the next 12 months they are going to focus on sales, sales call and distributorships. Ten and a half of those 12 months are gone. They wrote this report as of the status on Dec.31, 2015.
I hope that they accomplished a lot in these past 10 months and that it will reflect in the 3 quarterlies that are past due. They did say that those reports would follow shortly.
Another fine thing is that if the company is dead, as Alien keeps pointing out, why would they spend 43,000 to complete and file the report that they filed. If it was dead they pocket the 43 K and fly
