If they wreck or have an accident at work it's hard to determine if they're actually high when it happened since urine or hair analysis doesn't paint an accurate picture (it stays in one's system for so long)
But if only there was a way to determine if someone was high on the spot cough cough (a patent would be even better cough cough cough) it would be good for insurance companies/employers, it would be good for law enforcement and it would be a good compromise for both MJ advocates and opponents.
Something to marinate on imo....
