Stewart...As you have addressed the share structure it is now imperative that you now address the share price...you said you have laid aside cash to buy back shares of CAPC...there is no reason that CAPC should be trading under .50 with the great news to be released...you should begin to use that cash to move CAPC ahead and show to us investors and potential investors your confidence in your own company...Come on Stewart, exactly how many share holders would you have to buy out...we been here for years...there are very very few....its time the Board of CAPC showed confidence in their own company.....there are things you can do to increase share price while also attracting more investors....its time Stewart...Its TIME
