The last significant event in the company history is ADMIN DISSOLUTION FOR ANNUAL REPORT which is dated by 9/23/2016.

Dissolution is the formal way of describing the death of a business entity. Limited liability companies come into existence when the owners file articles of organization with the secretary of state. The owners may also end the business voluntarily by filing articles of dissolution with the secretary of state. It is also possible for the state itself to involuntarily dissolve an LLC through a process called administrative dissolution
