GNID Filings Due... The ANTICIPATION!!!

'Twas the day before GNID Filings, when all through the SEC, not an Accountant was stirring, but what did you expect? The Toxic's were recorded, on the books with care, in hopes Wellington Shields, soon would be there!

The Shareholders were snuggled, with dreams in their heads, while visions of RICHES, danced in their heads. GNID CEO in her office, Counsel in his cap, had settled our Investment, for a long winters nap.

When out on Wall Street, there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my chair, to see what was the matter. Away to the desk, I flew like a flash, opened my Computer, and checked on my GNID Cash!

CEO spoke not a word, but went straight to her work, filling INSIDERS Stockings, an Insider PERK! Pointing her finger, and thumbing her nose, giving Shareholders nothing, as TOXIC DEBT rose!

She sprang to her desk, and gave the TEAM a whistle, while GNID Insiders getting Paid, it's now Official. But I heard her exclaim, as shares went DOWN out of sight, thank you to all, you all weren't so BRIGHT.
