From Steve's conversations we know they are low on funds, IMO the loan is a lock, so that means they will take the money as soon as possible and that means the PR will have to come as soon as funds are in bank. Steve has to PR that and it could be tomorrow or it could be the 22nd or after. IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN!, be in or chase.
