Reverse split now when we have a negative EPS, it would multiply on the Financials and look horrible for investors. We have to wait for the Company to turn a profit before we even think about a RS.
Suppose the Company makes $2,000,000 profit for 2017 with 800,000,000 O/S and PPS $0.20 the EPS is a sub penny $0.0025.
A 1-10 RS gives an EPS of $0.025 on a $2 PPS will make up-listing to the NASDAQ as an Investment Grade Value Stock.
