No doubt that the MJ industry is going to take off; but PHOT faces
a legitimacy factor . Most of the doubts could be greatly reduced by MH announcing a contractual agreement to expand PHOT's reach and that would also increase the trust in his true desire to keep PHOT
expanding toward his "stated goals" .As it stands right now ,there is tremendous DISTRUST of this company-with good reason. You seem to be able to contact him more easily than many of us -It is imperative that he opens up on what is ocuring and not just give vague cheer leading baiting statements -It has reached critical mass
and many of the previously patient LONGS want some concrete facts ,other than another depressing exceedingly long legalize filing .
I know that he has to cover his ass ;but it now comes off as
evasive ,rather than transparency. Most people focus on all the
negatives -of which there are many. THERE HAS BEEN NO SHAREHOLDER MEETING OR A START OF THE ASK MH that he suggested .His avoidance
of details comes off as self serving arrogance with little regard for PHOT longevity. The shareholders that still want to be LONG
deserve some clarity with concrete achievements for sustainability.
Deals do require secrecy and discretion ;but ,that ploy has been used for too long and the MJ industry is at the critical move forward point that everyone has been waiting for. Critical people need concrete evidence that PHOT will be viable in the future
