Seek, I do not blame the ERHE management as they hired Deloitte to:

1) Help raise capital.
2) Find a partner.
3) Sell a percentage of property holdings to raise capital.
4) Sell the company.

Which one do you think will be the end game?

I choose option #4 as they only have enough cash on hand to last until March, 2017.

The clock is ticking.

Just my opinion.
