Roxy's recycled music scam..wanna license Chuck Berry songs?-->

Here ya go http://chuckberry.com/licensing/

This is directly from HIS website. Notice it says NOTHING about Roxanna Lou Green-Weber's scam companies. Even so, the largest photo on the HWAL's "IBox"/intro page here shows a pic of Chuck Berry. The clear implication being that anyone who wants to license one of his songs has to do so through one of Roxy's various scam tickers because she "owns the license." Not so-- https://www.google.com/#q=music+licensing+companies

For 17-18 years Roxy (and her late husband) has repeatedly claimed her various tickers own a "non exclusive license"--- has anyone seen proof of such a license?

Also, Roxy has repeatedly claimed this license consists of a "17,500 song music library." Has anyone seen the list? I have years ago. It's buried in my posts from 2011-2012 or thereabouts. It's packed with thousands of obscure, worthless garbage.. crappy old Russian symphony radio recordings and a bunch of "oldies." If I can uncover it I'll post it again.

Better still... make ROXY divulge it! Make her prove it's value. Then ask her to prove why she's carrying a "non exclusive license" --something that you, me or anyone else can it secure for a small fee-- as a "asset" valued at tens of on HWAL's books. The "copyrights" on the songs themselves are surely involved in the millions --but Roxy can claim no ownership of their value.

Example: Anyone can secure a license from Disney to reproduce Mickey Mouse --or any of their other copyrighted properties-- on various items. Licensing typically involves paying a fee up front and a royalty based on how much the licensee sells. HOWEVER-- a license >>DOES NOT<< give the licensee the right to carry the multi-billion dollar value of Disney copyrights as an "asset" on their books and use it as a reason to buy stock in the licensee's company. Yet THAT'S PRECISELY WHAT ROXY DOES AGAIN AND AGAIN.

As proof of how often this scam has been recycled, here's a PR from 2005. Check the alleged resume of her late husband Matthew "Chuck" Weber.

Here's a list (2 pages) of Florida corporations set up by Matthew C. (Chuck) Weber: http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResults/OfficerRegisteredAgentName/weber%20matthew/Page1

And a list (2 pages) of Florida corporations set up by Roxanna Weber: http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/SearchResults/OfficerRegisteredAgentName/weber%20roxanna/Page1

(Note-- she set up none under her maiden name/alias Roxanna Green)

As posted earlier.. HWAL's published mailing address is a mail drop at a small company that provides retail packaging, shipping (UPS, FdEX etc), private PO boxes and copier services. The photos HWAL is posting as being their "Nashville Offices" belong to aother company-- Sound Kitchen, Nashville, TN.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
