On Sept 18th 2016 Wayne Anderson did this with Sylios..

An administrative dissolution is much akin to a formal dissolution of the business in that the business cannot continue to carry on except to wind up its affairs and close shop. As such, additional requirements may come into play if the LLC receives notice of administrative dissolution. The business may need to notify its business partners, customers and creditors. Additionally, it may need to liquidate assets and divide them among the LLC members
