I don't have access to the "Fan" Facebook page. I don't know what they would sue for. If I recall correctly, many of the people from iHub, that were members of that page, said they understood the faults of the company and Benny. I don't think they can garner much of a case.
Anyone hoping to get their Zwag Box money back, should be going through their credit card/bank companies. Since Zwag Box charged upfront and shipped late (the first box), it's likely that people can dispute charges beyond the 30-60 day period.
Even if people did try to sue, they would need to know that Benny/REDG had money to at least pay the lawyers. I couldn't see any shareholder funding a lawsuit, unless they were a lawyer, and was the one suing.
