On4 Comm. already has an "Evaluation" of $250K co. in my book! Here's how I came up with the Math;

On Nov. 4th, 2016; On4 Communication recently acquires FMS (Family Mobil Safety). FMS generate $35K AVG REVENUE per Month.
ON4 Communication: HOLDING CO.,
$35K * 49% per month * 12 months = $205,800

"In fact, we will be announcing the closing of a number of final stage vendors which will provide a substantial increase in FMS/On4 Communications recurring monthly revenues over the coming weeks, so please stay tuned."

Which means, I'm going to give ON4 Communication +/- $50,000.00 extra per year.
Reasonable? CEO mention, he will announced the "vendors"...

With MJ - Joint Venture depending on which "States", I am only calculating a "Small fraction" to be reasonable. If "CA", we just hit the biggest market. 1% +/- of $7.6 billion dollars ... ($7,600,000,000.00) = Do the math... Your evaluation of the Company will roughly be in the "MILLIONS".

PPS = .025c+ depending on how many company "On4" intend to acquired.

My dream was for this company to "Buyback" shares... I would love to share my business plan with "Steve Berman". By reducing the shares "PPS increase". Bring shareholder to Long term....Wouldn't this be great for Company and Shareholder (WIN WIN, SITUATION).

If I'm not mistaken MJ business will hit over $25 BILLION DOLLARS +/-, by 2025.
