Pan, I expect that a Trump the Chump administration will reduce red tape for mining project. But that is not a good thing for ecpn management. As I stated 2 years ago the FS was nothing but one of many excuses management needs for delays in promised production (there will never ever be any significant production of PMs from el cap,you can take that to the bank). But it is a greatly lame excuse. Management have stated that there concentrates are worth $500,000/ton. You can afford to ship that out by wheel barrow and current permissions give ecpn right to use 20 ton trucks. That is $10,000,000 worth of concentrates per truck. They state the head ore is 0.4 opt. That is $500/ton or $10,000 per 20 ton truck. They could easily afford to ship that out too. The only reason they are not shipping raw dirt or concentrates is el cap dirt/cons have nil PMs. This should be glaringly obvious to you based on well founded facts.
