He isn't diluting his own common share holdings, but rather increasing his % ownership in RVUE with the latest financing.

He is getting 100% ownership of the increase in O/S for the bridge loan....as compared to 52ish% of the O/S he currently owns.

Why in the hell has he been funding RVUE and diluting his OWN common share holdings for?????




Clearly, this isn't RR's first rodeo and it wouldn't surprise me one bit to see subsequent financings so he could further increase his grip on the RVUE share structure.....the question is WHY ;)
