I thought they had to report on the 15th, the report we see comes out later in the month.

Does anyone have any thoughts about the post last week with James message about the unknown source saying the R/s would have to go through to get restrictions lifted?

If some brokers are lifting the restrictions, you'd think that James should know that and be able to use that fact as leverage in pushing Eturd to do the same. Maybe someone that has established report with him would like to mention that fact and see what type of a response comes.
