For those who haven't received their CSHD shares (including myself), I emailed E*TRADE today and received the following:
Thank you for your email regarding when your FHAL shares will be converted to CSHD shares. After review, I do still show your FHAL shares under a cusip number in your account. The shares will convert to CSHD shares when we receive the new CSHD shares from the transfer agent. I have seen this take between 3 business days and a couple of weeks before. The timeframe solely depends on the transfer agent sending us your new shares.
