http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui chart is primed and this power plant report https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1343254/000116552716000919/ex10-1.htm is pretty legit seems like everything is in line for this and the real news is coming in a PR. Dr. Emma has the ties in Madagascar

Also says no cost for Madagascar and DNRG has gotten 2 billion in funding, maybe this will make Gracecrest deal come to fruition for funding.....
