As of the beginning of the year they owned 37 million shares per the filing. Also notice in the last week the volume has come out of no where to the upside totaling over 30 million shares traded on no news, just so happens to be around all the legalization news.

Someone knows something imo..

Helping to expose shorters and out of country stock crashers that are wanted by US Law Enforcement!
