BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Aug 14, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Imperia Entertainment
(Pink Sheets:IPRE) President James Hergott announced today that he has received
permission to use fighters from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in the
upcoming mixed martial arts movie entitled "Never Submit."

The organization in the movie "Never Submit" will be a fictitious organization
and as such will not be utilizing the UFC brand in the film. It is undecided if
the fighters will play themselves or fictitious characters in the film. "Never
Submit" will star actors in the dialogue heavy roles. Imperia Entertainment will
announce the actors and fighters for the film in future press releases.

Imperia Entertainment's agreement with the UFC is non-exclusive and therefore
will have the right to approach fighters not under contract with the UFC as
well.
