GOVX: Likely tax selling starting?

One of the issues with stocks that are down is that they are the most likely to take a further hit at years end because they are down.

Hopefully incorrect, but may see weakness in much of the bio/pharma sector into years end as investors write off their losses.

Hopefully, the low is around this price.
