Joel,

If you go back and look at the 10K filed in 2015, you'll see several convertible notes. Those have all converted out except for about $ 150K in principal, of which $ 73k can't convert until we're current. Unfortunately the 3a-10 disclosed in the 8K brought down our stock price into the .002's in late Sept-Oct., the note holders were able to convert shares based on that low print since they have a 20 day look back, hence the additional shares in the float. I believe the market has eaten up all of these shares and going forward the conversion would be based on a higher pps. which I believe won't hurt the stock price, if converted.

The reduction of restricted is obviously a legend being removed on 4 MM shares so they move over to the float column. I ran across this independent analysis of our company which I believe is spot on...

My opinion is totally biased, but I believe we offer the best option for MMJ investors. We have real products, our cost for MMJ is a generous $ 30/lb. considering black market prices are half as much. We're creating a new industry for Colombians affected by the armed conflict with the blessing of Colombia, and soon the U.S., stay tuned.

Good thing about conversions is that our debt goes down. Now my goal is to get close to no debt with increased assets to attract institutions and get out from under this rock. We own properties, machinery, coal reserves, etc.

Add to this our coal reserves, which is our bread and butter, and this is a no brainer. I've attracted a lot of lunch money day traders which like to scream "fire" to get the swing in their favor.

I have a plan that is being implemented, hopefully you stick around and enjoy.

Regards,
John
