#1 today was tiny volume on OWCP. #2 MM's do not move stocks people do. That is a myth to say MM's move anything! Traders do! Every MM has a physical buy or sell order behind it. If you want a stock to run you need buyers on the ask. If everyone bid sits stocks drop. The only time it is different is with dilution. Those stocks that are diluted can have several MM's selling into bids. That does not apply here.
