Thanks Belgiumsui. I wasn't able to open the link, however I did a search on "trump calls for higher ethanol mandate" based on your post and I did find a few links like: http://www.government-fleet.com/channel/biofuels/news/story/2016/01/trump-calls-for-higher-ethanol-blending.aspx

Sounds good to me. Ethanol is mostly a domestic product, and because of that it might be expected to have his support.
However, most presidents seem to be some how supportive toward the oil industry.
