mh1156, It seems like a good idea to hold a USAT position. Initiating it on a day when the PPS is being slaughtered along with the rest of tech sounds like a good idea too.

Their growth continues nicely. Although their plan was to breach 500,000 connections over a year ago, they are going to get there regardless of the timing. Revenues keep rising.

Institutions have been attracted to the growth story and are showing patience on profits.

Institutional holdings have increased from about 7% in 2010 to nearly 45% of the O/S today.

They have an activist investor (Legion Partners, L.P.I.) who is looking to either push management to start showing profits or sell the company outright.

Either result should add a nice premium to today's PPS.
