Where do people come up with this stuff?
There are 28000 postings here for years, once upon a time when the original pump and dump mailing hit my mailbox it was obvious to me.
Even ihub has a ton of information on this kinda junk. just go to the top right of this page and do a search ihub for DD Support Board. There is quite the discussion of how pump and dumps work, share delusions and everything else that has occurred here from day one. There are multiple links on that page with SEC requirements. I use it all the time. I also read their something like 99 out of 100 pump and dumps are a SCAM. Wake up folks, FARE should be the poster child for...whatever you want to call it.
