VGZ is an absolute joke of a stock. Have held this POS for 8 years while they have stumbled and floundered. I have told the current CEO my feelings on the failure of his tenure. His last news release is to state that the long awaited for permit, that he has been saying is due all year, is now not expected until the first part of next year. So basically out all the way until the end of June! Pathetic. He said they will release an updated economic report later in November. Do not expect the share price to move up much on this news. Without the permit, there is no hope. The market just does not think they are getting it, as they failed to get the Paradones Amarillos permit in 2009.

I feel we have been scammed.
