You are joking. This info was known last night.

This award relates to an annual grant awarded by the Compensation Committee following the completion of our 2016 Fiscal Year and is subject to the terms of our 2015 Incentive Plan. The award vests one-third on November 3, 2017, one-third on November 3, 2018, and will be fully vested on November 3, 2019.

Options re better than RSU's and company incentive plan can come anytime after fiscal year end which is Oct 31st.

My previous post was to indicate that is if management thought price was going lower then I would think they could of waited to price options. They did not so I would presume they believe it's going higher.
