L2 mostly the same as I posted earlier, except CDEL is manipulating the stock. He was on the BID for 0.005. Must be got frustrated that no one sold him any.

Now he posted Ask 180K x 0.005 and the Bid for the same 180K x 0.0035.

Must be hoping to scare off some weak hands into giving him their shares.

All the other Ask's are the same as they were earlier.
