Last INCC run it went from .0002 to .004s. It then retracted to 0.001s before it went to 0.02s. There will be a consolidation period, I believe, in the 0.001 to 0.002 before its next leg up. Moreover, there were millions in stock purchase to hit 0.0033 today, yet only a few hundred thousand per tick to bring it down to 0.0019, meaning buyers are holding their shares, there is no dumping, there are more holders for the next run.
