That's the responsibility of a sales rep. My son works for a large software co which is international. The co establishes sales goals which their sales pers are expected to meet and exceed. Their salaries, and bonus, depend on their accomplishments. I am sure Sigma has set goals for its sales rep. If not met, a new rep should be hired.
