Even June financials would be pre-merger, so I don't see why it would scare anyone.
I'm sort of wondering when they will be planning to begin their year. I guess they could issue a 10k now, and then put out another 10k after January to reset their year if they want it like that.
All in all, it would be hard to imagine that Mr. Harris won't deliver something at least relatively close to what he has described. Like someone said, if this were a pump'n dump he would be trying to avoid prosecution, not guaranteeing it.
