Right now it's important for one to understand that this should be treated as speculation until something is officially announced from the company. However, as for me, I'm basing my speculation of this on the research provided by HokieHead within the link below:

Within that link above, go to the 10-Q filed by BTFL with the SEC and you will see this address for BTFL (compare the three highlight green boxes below):

Maybe all of this is just coincidence, but this a very serious coincidence that should be considered at the very least as a possibility that something just might be going on.
