Major, is it your impression that some sort of criminal investigation is occurring? I don't need facts with certainty, just whether you have reason to believe.

I would love to have some hope this is true. I'd hope I and others were contacted regarding how we were sold shares and what we were offered/ promised. There are older members of this board who sold off their retirement (no need to chastise them) with pressure from the company, promising massive gains. They have been destroyed and they are on fixed incomes. These folks were victims of predatory sales techniques as best I can tell.
