It is interesting since, per Pacermonitor.com, for the Hull v GDSI case, the summons were issued and sent out. Is Pacermonitor.com posting incorrect information? Is it also possible the SEC forgot to issue and send out summons as well? But if Bill says otherwise, are they all (the SEC, District Court of New Jersey, Pacermonitor.com, etc.) lying to the general public?
