You are glaringly omitting the fact it was at the same time as that L3 literature featuring ISC products, and since they indeed are purchasing the company it wasn't a stretch to think the baton was being passed. In actuality it was probably going according to plan, until their lender got pinched and we got the baton shoved up our ass instead. All this conspiracy crap is just that- simple truth is they ran out of gas within sight of the checkered flag.
