So you are implying it is a scam. Let me ask you how many of those companies you were scammed by were controlled by a guy worth half a billion to a billion $$$$ that is also the CEO of a NYSE-listed company?

Answer....none.

I am sure the SEC wouldn't take too kindly to NYSE listed CEOs slumming it in the pennies just to screw over shareholders for an extra few hundred thousand bucks.
