I know this but in Illinois it is unanimous in our case. One thing I do agree with you on is that it even with a new trial , if they allow character assassination and allow jurers access to ihub we will never win this case. I was there for the trial and saw the presentations and it was clearly the change in Playboy leadership that disrupted this relationship. Playboy attorneys agreed that they did all of those devious tasks in the name of protecting their brand. Given the facts and admission of an unbiased jury applying the law would have ruled for Cirtran. Playboy had an attorney that had recently lost an election for Cook County Court which I found interesting when it came to allowing evidence that attacked Iehabs character. If we would have dragged in shareholders that have lost their retirements because of playboys interference with Cirtran getting deposits from Redi Fze which would have been used to keep royalties current, we could have swayed the jury.
