I hate to get in a discussion of politics because it can be just like religion; people are very passionate about what they believe in.

I want to ask something though about Trump.

Lets take the Cuban missile Crisis. Maybe I am wrong or don;t recall actually what really diverted the situation from escalating, but wasn't it diplomacy or some good negotiations that diverted a potential nightmare? Or was that just the media.

From what I recall or read, that situation could have become nasty; weren't we on the brink of what could have been nuclear war?

What do you think would have happened there if Trump were president back then? The guy scares me. Maybe I am wrong and think the President has more power than he actually has. He doesn;t seem to want to listen to anyone?

I am just asking, like I said I hate to discuss politics because it is pretty much like religion; people are very passionate about what they believe in regardless of if it is correct or not.
