I agree that the best time to buy is when there is blood in the streets and have followed that principal last few years and been able to drastically reduce my average price per share. My last major buy was under two cents but I don't see that happening again. What do I know? Could be wrong. However, considering where the company is at in its development at the moment as far as we can see the blood in the street hurdle is much higher now. Whether it is blood in the streets or not at the moment is debatable but as to whether KBLB is a good buy now to me is an easy call. Get them while they are cheap! I heard a wise man say that one time. g
