Hana3 I see it as flippers are trying to make all they can before news and filings come out. And I'm sure that there are groups of investors that see's the value and potential of IFAN so they are buying as cheap as they can that's the name of the game. And let's not forget that the MARKET MAKERS control it buying and selling they work for thier company that represents groups. But once the revenue shows in the next filing PPS goes up. IMO. hope what I have said makes sense. IFAN
