although this site is dedicated to TA, i like to think of TA as seeing what has happened in the past and possibly what may occur in the future and fundamentals as the why did that occur and why is this happening now, do they always mesh together no they don't, but alot of the times they do.
SFPS - fringe has already filled you in on sfps using some data i provided to him and expounding on that data even further, there is not much more to add technically, technically looking at the charts it appears we may have a huge spike within 2-3 days, just looking at the chart shows you an outstanding example of a stock in a long and short term uptrend, the M/F, the A/D and the breakout should not be ignored, volume is picking up, just look at the charts fringe provided, this stock is being accumed heavy, here are some fundamentals you may or may not know, this was in june it's now aug

NEW YORK, June 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SafePay Solutions Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: SFPS - News) announced today that it has selected Semple and Cooper, LLP as its audit firm. An independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance, the Phoenix Arizona-based accounting firm will serve as SafePay's independent auditors effective immediately.
With processing and transfer transactional revenues increasing steadily, the selection of Semple & Cooper represents a major step for SafePay in its quest to become a fully reporting company.
and i would imagine that the audit should be finished soon, they haven't mentioned a move to a better exchange as of yet.
the first quarter produced $1,870,485.47 in processing reciepts, the second produced $11,389,829.58, thats roughly a 600% gain in three months, remember these are processing reciepts, not net income, and there is no reason to think that that is slowing down, just refer to M/F and A/D, investors must not think so either, this also reflects on the higher highs and higher lows, this company is growing exponetially and it is showing in the charts,
we wanted to get this info out tonight as we have poured over the data all weekend and have come to the conclusion that a spike of rather large proportions is a possibility this upcoming week, is it definate well no one can say that but the TA does look pretty convincing, please do your own DD and we welcome your comments and anyother input you might have
