The new article by harlig as noted in gselinks demonstrates a few points worth mentioning. I like how the conclusion is about whether govn can confiscate private property with impunity. Of course by the phrasing of the question that the answer is a resounding no. The courts will agree but to what extent will the govn be penalized is a big unknown. We know we will win but we don’t know how big. Stay the course folks. Th717 is correct in this regard.

2ndly few if anybody has shown the guts to state that the original takeover was staged and FF were never in danger of going broke. Thia article repeats that falsehood. Washington mutual case will gain steam and win because the forensic accountings already showed the original sin and fraud. WM case will pick up speed after resolution of the perry injunction and will incorporate yhe perry injunction. Fairholm doxs will be important later.

I do not know what hrc thinks but th717 is tweeting positive signals but we all know about sperling parrot and tbtf infiltration into both camps.

The govn is sunk and already lost. They just don’t want to admit it. BO is too arrogant and deceitful to admit it.
