I'm not so optimistic.
As usual when there are good news with OWCP, this is going to happen:

1.- Green rush at the open caused by the hype, new investors that discovered OWCP this weekend (.17-.20 I think)

2.- Massive selling (by MMs, penny flippers, and longs) that will bring $OWCP back to the red.

3.- Massive selling (by MMs, panicked longs) bringing $OWCP very down (to the .10 level maybe)

4.- Slowly recovery during the rest of the day (as always)

Only if there is an outstanding trading volume, we will see an all-green day, with maybe 100% gains as we have witnessed before.
