I chose not to be involved in the constant posting of accusations about Kim without any proof - it was a waste of my time and not fair to Kim. I like Tom - he has been very honest with me - I have received no remuneration from Kim/NGCG - neither offered or asked.

I read the boards and I am mildly amused at the name calling of Kim which was sophomoric at best - when those engaging in it don't know him and have provided zero proof of him being involved with past OTCM scams.

I know Kim has been approached by many companies in the last few months - I don't know any of the details of the trip to Hong Kong.

I do think Kim is a honorable person and isn't out to do a share selling scheme or screw over shareholders.

If I find anything negative it is guaranteed I will post it.

I wasn't in favor of the Victory deal - my posting history suggests I am not a big fan of OTCM MMJ tickers but it isn't my company.

I haven't done any research on the company in the press release but I will tonight and see if I can find anything.

So I haven't disappeared - I have been posting on other boards.

In ending, there have been many investors harmed a great deal by Ross - I saw hope with Kim and him taking on Ruppert and trying to stop more stealing from shareholders - that is why I got involved as you know I wasn't a fan of NGCG in the past - or better not a fan of Ross. I am hoping that Kim will turn the company around and all will recoup their losses and maybe even be profitable.

Remember that Tom is a neophyte at operating a public company and has had some missteps and will probably have more - but the guidance from Hong Kong will accelerate his learning curve.
