Agree, it could've been phrased better. Although only a knucklehead couldn't figure out the true meaning of what has been stated.

The products HAVE BEEN FOR SALE in many dispensaries. Now, since they're expecting that the bill will be approved, they've INCREASED the THC level in their products formulas. Therefor, these newly enhanced products will be ready for sale after the 1st of the year.

"The product can be purchased in the state of California after the first of the year at any dispensary once we have a list of dispensaries we will post it on our website for you we held back because we increase the THC level."

The company has just started and, I bet, the current personal are chemists and not marketing managers.

No problem, they will budget funds on the marketing managers once the new products will fly of the shelves starting January.
