Actually the financials are due one day after the end of the fiscal period. For quarterlies you have up to 45 days grace to release the information though. Mind you those requirements only apply to SEC registered companies.
By the way the NGCG recent financials are garbage. If you look they used a cookie cutter for the end June reports. Even the share structure information says June 30th. The bottom of every page even says for the period ending June 30th.
What a bunch of rubes!
Maybe the should have taken a little more time after all.
