Navidea Biopharmaceuticals Inc (NAVB)

yeah I picked some up this week...stock appears to be trying to break higher....plus it looks as if NAVB has the answer for the court case with the 100 million from Cardinal Health...if there is a path to resolution I just dont see how a judge would rule against NAVB...especially if NAVB is operating in good faith....if the judge does rule in favor of NAVB's attempt of resolution then I expect a huge huge bump...at least that is my hope...may very well break into the .90's or higher next week....
